You do a very good, clear, visible job at explaining how the actual arrangement will not exactly match the picture on the website, and I am grateful for that level of communication. I would have preferred a cylinder vase, but you state up front that you might not have that exact vase in stock. However, the flowers are lovely and a beautiful arrangement was delivered. And I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate how well you communicate to your customers regarding our expectations.
